May the geeks of the world - or of the UK, anyway - rejoice. The BBC’s new series of the incredible Doctor Who has been announced for April the 5th, and I for one can’t wait.

A Google search for the terms “site:http://iphone.*.com” now returns about 76,400 results, meaning that domains that are iphone-related or iphone-optimized are now being registered as such, this is the phenomenon of the “iPhone.” (as opposed to “www.”).
Which leads me to ask - has iPhone fever gone too far? Every time I pass a technology page on a site, there’s a new iPhone tidbit, advert, news story, and so on.

That’s right, I’m going to be on The Gadget Show, as part of a small review team - poking and prodding this year’s must-have gadgets.
The Gadget Show, sporting a new wider time slot of 1 hour, and will air this autumn. I’ll be filming on the 14th of november, and I’ll keep you posted on air dates nearer the time.

Good news to all geeks, gadget and tech lovers!
The Gadget show is returning to our screens, riding in on a white horse of a cushy double-whammy 1 hour slot, and touting a head-to-head of the ‘Jesus Phone’ and the Nokia N95, tune in for a new series of the show that makes it worth watching TV again.

I personally can’t wait for the new series of TGS, and my sources (I really do have sources on this!) tell me that we haven’t lost any presenters, Suzi Perry, Jason Bradbury and Jon Bentley are all returning, with more gadgets, and a new format too - with guest hosts. Looking at Jon Bentley’s page, I think we’re in for some camera comparison in the new series.
TGS will air on channel 5 (Sky 105) @ 8pm
